The ingredients that considerably decrease your appetite when “sniffed” are:

  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Peppermint

    Bananas had a the reputation of being bad for weight loss for years… due to their carbohydrates levels… Now they seem to be helpful. I somehow enjoy this, since bananas can be a good fast snack when you are hungry.

    Peppermint is good for sniffing too… being surrounded by the peppermint smell, you will no longer feel hunger that much.
